When did this company start? Where are you located?

516marketing has been around since 2013, we recently have expanded our efforts and in 2016 are more focused then ever to become the best marketing company in long island.

We are conveniently located in Manhattan and Long Island (Nassau County), our location allows us easy access to our local long island clientele and the NYC/NJ Tri-State Area!

Where is your portfolio? Where can I see your recent work?

Our portfolio currently is in the process of being formed. Since we are a relatively new company we are working hard to showcase our best sites in our portfolio, we hope to have it up very soon!

We absolutely can show potential clients our past work, please ask us when requesting a proposal, we’d be happy to share some of our recent work!

In some of your plans you have Brand Identity. How is it different from a logo design?

Brand Identity is logo design on steroids. When you choose to get our brand identity package you have multiple designers working on a logo for your company until you are satisfied. We will not only provide you with a logo, but a business card and letterhead design as well. A full corporate brand identity!

How long will it take to get my site developed once I order?

The process of how fast a site gets done all depends on how well we understand your vision for your site. Once our visions have aligned the design process goes much smoother and there is less back and forth. We provide time frames in our consultations and can accommodate rush jobs.

I don’t live in NYC/Long Island/NJ can I still be a client?

Absolutely! We cater to our local clients because we can offer in person consultations but we are also available via phone, facetime or email for our out of state clients! Email is always the best and fastest way to reach us! We can be reached via our contact forms or at contact@516marketing.com at any time, we usually respond to most emails within minutes!

How does the free consultation work?

We offer free consultations to all our potential clients! If you live in the Long Island & NYC Tri-State area we can even come to you for no charge! If you live further out our consultations are still personalized and free! Be sure to be very specific in your proposal request form, the more details we have on your needs the better our proposal will be!

How does the No Contract & No Setup Fee policy work?

We realize our month-to-month model is different and somewhat crazy compared to our competitors, but we believe in the power of a long term relationship with our clients. So there are absolutely no contracts and set-up fees. We actually stand to lose money if our clients leave us after the first couple of months! So please don’t leave!

What if I want to cancel after my website has been made?

We understand that our clients may change their mind for many reasons, which is why we have a no-hassle cancellation policy, you can cancel your monthly membership at anytime. We do remind our clients that once a membership has been cancelled the website will be removed from our servers. If you want to move the website that we have designed to another company or host without our monthly service fee we will have to charge a one-time ‘export’ fee. The fee is dependent on the website. There is no charge for the transferring of logo/brand identity packages.
